How far would you go to protect your kids?

I just read this article about a mom who confronted a kid who was cyber bullying her daughter and when he said he wasn’t going to stop she lost it and strangled him.
Do you sympathize with her?
How would you feel if you were on her jury?
What should her punishment be?
