Anyone know what I could be sick with?

Okay, so a few days ago I got 5 shots at the doctors. Just typical ones needed such as a TB test, booster etc. that day and ever since I have been feeling very sick. Achy, head ache, waking up sweating. I went to a water park yesterday which now I realize I shouldn’t have since I probably worn myself out even more. Now tody I feel sick to my stomach, almost nauseas. I am just very tired and only feel well when I take a few Advil or Tylenol. Anyone know what could be wrong? Or what I could do to feel a little better?
