On a resume, is it okay to list jobs you're interested in but haven't done yet?

I haven’t had any work or volunteering experience yet unfortunately, but there’s this clothes stocking job at a mall that’s perfect for me, that I really need right now…but I can’t just put nothing on my application, they wouldn’t even read it. There are a lot of volunteering stuff I’m interested in but just haven’t had a chance to do yet…do you think I can add that in as my interest? Thanks!
