Ear problem?

For the past 5 years I have always had problems with my ears and wax building up. Today I went to my ear doctor to have them remove some wax for the future. My left ear went well then they used the water pressure on my right. It totally clogged it and sounded very muffled. I waited a while to see the actual doc and he used a sucker vacuum thing to suck out what water was in there. I can hear better but it still feels a little muffled almost like I was just at a concert for a while but only in my right ear. The doctor said it should be better soon since it kind of took a beaten with the sucker thing. Should I be worried?? I just want this feeling to go away!!
