Sunburn relief?

I typically never burn. Yesterday there was an over cast and I didn’t wear any protection on my face. Just my right side is severley burnt. I wore large sunglasses so a lot of my cheek was protected but the part between my eyebrow and hair line is extremly burnt. Also my lower cheek/jaw area is very burnt. The skin is starting to get thicker like the step before the bubbles. I have been using tea bags for relief and also just keeping it very moisturised with a gentle face cream. What else can I do to help with this painful burn on the side of my face? It almost feels like dull or numb when I touch it too
