This is a serious question.
I know nothing about swimsuit design and how it relates to drag in an Olympic swimming event.
But would women generally log better times if they were topless?
Does modesty dictate the potential times of female swimmers?
Has any female wanted to swim topless, and been denied for modesty’s sake?
