If you disapprove of Chick-Fil-A, why shop there?

An Arizona business exec, who disapproves of Chick-Fil-A, hassled the drive-up waitress and got fired for it. If he hates the place so much, why did he go there? It isn’t as if there aren’t choices to make when it comes to fast food. I have never been to a Chick-Fil-A, but the I figure the food must be pretty good, otherwise he would have gone to McDonald’s
