Why dos my VNSea iphone app crash everytime it says Enter Password?

Along time ago I installed VNSea on my iphone and uninstalled it and now that i know how to use it everytime I open it and it says enter access password I forgot what it was so when i enter something random and it still crashes PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY NEED TO GET THIS RESOLVED
