Can you help me find this movie?

So I am in search of a specific movie. I was talking to a person about movies and she mentioned this specific movie to me, but unfortunately I have forgotten the title. I think it was about two young men living in Buffalo or maybe it was Boston and they were either homeless or drugdealers. As you can see I can’t tell a lot of details, since I don’t know much about it, but I might as well try my luck.
