Oahu farmers' markets?

Planning a trip to Hawaii in early February…will have two and a half days in Oahu on a stopover for a longer flight. I love farmers’ markets and am wondering what the best ones are in Oahu. We will be there Saturday-Monday. Any other travel tips about Oahu are welcome as well – I think we will probably avoid the big hotels on Waikiki and try to find someplace smaller and more relaxed to stay outside of Honolulu.
