NSFW: Question about extreme excess of white blood cells down there?

I am having a terrible year health wise. Last night I had some burning and itching and thought it might just be a slight yeast infection or something similar. Today I went to the gyno and had a pap smear and while nothing was crazy or obviously wrong she said there was a very high amount of white blood cells in my vagina and no yeast at all. Has anyone ever had this before? She diagnosed it as cervicitis and gave me one dose of some powder to put in water and take (not excited about this….I took it once before for something else and barfed right after)...anyhow, I have never had lady issues before other than slight BV/yeast infection which I never got checked out because I cured it quickly at home on my own.

I just am curious and kind of worried, and wondered if anyone else had ever had anything like this!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!
