Why do we no longer hear about crop circles?

I was wondering if it was still an ongoing occurrence and, evidently, it is Photos and More Photos. It seems to be much more active in the UK but not exclusive Washington State video. But they no longer make the news, at least not here in Texas. Do they occur in Blue states? What about the rest of the world? Do you ever hear of them anymore or is there no room for this kind of thing, what with the Kardashians and such taking up so much space? Do you have a favorite? Don’t you think many of the designs would make great tattoos?
