1998 Volkswagen Jetta GLX Factory Exhaust...?

So i’m looking for a Muffler Shop here in Ventura County that has a Muffler that put outs a Very Deep LOW Bass ( now i mean DEEP) for a reasonable & Legal Price…? any ideas.?
