Anyone know anything about venus flytraps?

I got a venus flytrap last summer and over the winter (due to the lack of feeding I was able to do) it got smaller and its leaves, mouths?, leaves won’t grow past about an inch. I don’t know how they are going to eat now. Any suggestions on feeding, boosting their growth, or just good care tips?
