Before selling my MacBook Pro on Craigslist what should I delete?

I’ve noticed a lot of notebook laptops are decked out with upgraded premium softwares. How are these sold with out the admins passwords etc during software updates via online? Perhaps they are not needed?

If I were to sell my laptop, with the latest OS and all these premium softwares what would I actually need to delete in order for my personal information to be safe?
