Men: Do you find it uncomfortable to carry large smartphones in your pocket?

I’m upgrading from my first smartphone which I’ve had for about 2 yrs. It has a 4.2 in. screen, and I thought that was a pretty large for my pocket. The phone I’m interested in will have a 4.8 in. screen. I usually like to carry my phone in front pocket, but perhaps I will need to switch to back pocket. Just wondering how other men handle the issue of large devices in their pocket, or if it is an issue at all? Is that buldge in your pants ever an issue?
