Would you do business with a "company" like this?

I gotta get ahold of computer vet. Don’t like the guy in the next town, and I REALLY don’t like the one guy locally even though he’s the most famous one in town, so I was looking through the yellow pages. Found another computer place I didn’t know we had here in town. Called the number. After 5 rings an older lady answers the phone “Mmmhallo?” I just said, “I must have the wrong number,” and hung up.

Would you do business with someone who has their mother answer the phone like it’s her home, and doesn’t give any indication that it’s a computer place? I don’t know the situation…maybe it IS her home and he works out of there, and that’s fine. I just don’t want to spend my money on someone apparently so unprofessional.
