Who is really better between Steven Seagal and Chuck Norris?

For those of you in the fluther community who is heavy into the martial arts, who do you think is better Steven Seagal who is a master of Aikido or Chuck Norris who is a master of Tang-Soo-Doo and is older? If the two got in a martial arts fight who would win?
