Can anyone recommend a good dog food for a chihuahua prone to hypoglycemia?

I am making the switch from puppy to adult food soon and would like to find a good food to help hypoglycemic episodes from happening. She has to eat small meals throughout the day. I am currently feeding her a grain-free Blue Buffalo puppy formula.
