Is there anything out there that is comparable to the Richard Simmons exercise videos from the 80s?

I know he is a stereotypical ‘joke’ but I have always believed he has a good heart and sincerely wants to help people. He created programs that people of any size could do and feel good about themselves. You really could do it at your own level without being obvious. Plus, they were secretly kind of fun.

So, anything equivalent around today?
