I'm trying to contact a childhood friend from elementary school that I had, but I forget her last name. Any ideas on what I can do to contact her?

We were best friends in fifth grade, but she moved to a different state. For some reason I never kept in touch. I don’t have a yearbook from that year, and I’ve had no luck in finding one from a friend. What can I do?
