Isn't a great facelift worth this little glitch?

I see really pretty facelifts on older women; some on Facebook, some on tv. There is something scary or weird about a woman with a young looking, firm face who has super wrinkled hands with big, brown liver spots and sagging forearms. Why is that? Why is it spooky looking? Is it worth it to you or a turn off ? The arms and faces just don’t match. Is it better to have the face left alone to sag and have spots to match the hands? What do you think?
