What is your "go to bed" routine?

I’ve brushed my teeth, stripped to my boxers, washed my face and got comfortable. But can’t sleep. I’ve been in bed for two hours, I have work in six hours. This happens every night, and I usually get about four hours of sleep or so… unless it’s the weekend, then I sleep ALL DAY! I’ve tried sleeping pills, they work, but when i take them I end up sleeping through my alarm.
I don’t think it’s a sleep issue that needs to attention from docs, I just think it’s me being restless or un-disciplined. How do you go to bed?
