SFW: How do I get rid of the stickiness?

On my wooden kitchen table, you naughty people! It is oak with a polyurethene coating but it gets very sticky. I have tried Murphy oil soap undiluted on it and Clorox clean-up wipes but can’t get it unsticky completely.
Any ideas?
