Can I fix musty straw hats?

I have a few very adorable straw hats that were left over the winter in a summer cabin. When I put them on my head, the smell of “musty” is powerful. Other than the smell though, they are fine. Should I just throw them out? or is there some way to de-mustify them? This actually is true for some baskets as well.
