If anyone is a fan of Black Butler, what do you think of Claude and Alois?

I’ve seen mixed feelings on the characters Alois Trancy and Claude Faustus of Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji season 2.

Personally, I love them both, even if Claude was a jerk.
