Is cycle day 7 too early to ovulate?

I got a positive opk on cycle day 7 did the deed then cycle day 18 I get brown discharge and pink when I wipe (sorry TMI) this went on for 4 days like a light period with light cramps. I have very long cycles like clock work and they are always heavy and painful… anyone else experience this trying to conceive? I used clear blue advanced digital ovulation test
