Can someone help me find a bus?

My best friend is coming from North Epping, New Hampshire to where I live in upstate NY. We tried the Amtrak but they charge one fee for the trip here and a different, much higher fee to go back. The Megabus doesn’t go that far, and Greyhound has been completely useless in helping her. It’s a three hour drive from where she lives to where I live, but the Amtrak only has 12 hour and 8 hour trips.

Can anyone help me find a way to get her here that won’t break the bank?
