Would neurofeedback (biofeedback) be useful in treating post concussion syndrome?

Asked by Adirondackwannabe (36713points) September 6th, 2013

I wacked my head pretty good three months ago and I’m still dealing with the affects. I thought it was a minor concussion but obviously not. I go for an MRI Monday and then probably a clinic specializing in these things, but the closest one is over an hour away. I’ve had multiple concussions so that doesn’t help either. Right across the hall from me now is an office that does neurofeedback to treat a wide variety of aliments. Think that might be worth a shot? It’s Friday, this is in social, so feel free to throw in any jokes, sick or otherwise you want. I know, medical things see my Dr, but it was just a thought to throw out for ideas.
