How do you transfer my horizontal navigation bar to the right of my emblem using Dreamweaver CS5?

I’ve been dealing with dreamweaver for a month now and I can’t appear to get this to work. Could it be even possible to possess the emblem and navigation bar on the line? Because the logo is small the navigation bar should match. Can there be an unique signal? I’m utilizing the one head, column and footer theme, does this matter? Thanks all ahead of time!
