An APP to find my family in the mall?

When we get to the mall, everyone heads off to their own interest. What I think would be nice is an app (Android & iOS) that lets me pick who I want to find and gives me an arrow telling me what direction they are in. More of a local, granular GPS finder. This idea appeals to me because a phone stuffed in a purse may not be heard, etc. They can find me that way too. Does such a thing exist?

I have Life360 (which is great), but that isn’t very efficient in a smaller environment like Target or a department store.
