Severe throat and head pain when bend over what could this be?

This is my second attempt I don’t think my first one posted. First off I have no insurance and I know to figure out this problem I should see a doctor but I was wondering if anyone else had prolems with this. For about 6 months now periodically, I have severe throat pain (above my thyroid on my esophagus) and head pain (starts at base of skull and shoots upward) ONLY when I bend over. It was so severe a minute ago I had to immediately stand up. I have a history of bone spurs in my neck and my mother had her thyroid removed d/t cancer 1 year ago. No clue whats causing this but has anyone else ever had this problem??
