Could he be cheating?

My friend and I were talking and she was telling me about how she thinks he boyfriend is cheating, So I asked her how come.
She says he is always on him phone and sometimes ignore her when she asks him something.
Then she told me she went to delete her history off her computer and saw that he was looking at other girls profile pictures and clicked one of them and saw that the girl lives in the same area as where he is now.
So she asked him what are you doing he said just hanging out about to go by my aunt.
Then she said he never told her about a aunt that lives their only a few cousins.

Is he cheating or is she just exaggerating.
