What do you do with leftovers?

I understand there are people who refuse to eat leftovers. What do you do with perfectly good leftover food? Throw it out? Feed it to the dog? Didn’t you ever get the the lecture on starving people in (name the country or continent)? What about food that is better the next day?
And those of us who use leftovers, what’s your favorite?
