How long does it take for your ears to unclog from a sinus infection?

It’s been a week that I have been on antibiotic , antihistamine and nose inhaler. I am still getting little pressure in my ears and it’s kind of annoying me and giving me bad anxiety. Does anyone know what is the best thing I should do ?
