What kind of physical side effects have you had from an adrenaline rush?

My 12 year old daughter just recently started hunting with a bow. Her Dad took her deer hunting this past weekend in a blind and he said her adrenaline rush made her do some weird things when she saw the deer. The first thing she started doing was uncontrollably talking and he kept trying to get her to be calm and quiet but she couldn’t stop. The second thing (this is the weird one) she kept making a clicking airy sound with her mouth after he finally got her to quit talking. He told her to quit doing that and she absolutely could not stop and didn’t seem to realize she was even doing this! My questions are- What do adrenaline rushes do to you specifically and do they cause temporary tics(like the mouth clicking)?
