Suggestions on books about the global energy market?

So I’m looking for a new book looking at a few things, one being the cost of different energy sources such as coal, gas, etc and their expected supply changes in current years as well as expected demand from new markets.

Also the initial cost to build something like a coal power station or nuclear power station, the changing costs of new power and how much is that cost coming down each year, plus the cost of running these forms of power.
