I'm living with a terrible person?

I already have the contract, None of us can move out- he writes down what I say, he copies me all the time and not because he appreciates me but because he wants to ruin my life and make himself sound cool and original to other people. He showed me the tattoo he was getting, and he got it yesterday and it wasn’t what he showed me. IT WAS WHAT I AM GETTING!

He must’ve looked at my computer or something, or searched my words and found it. He hates me cursing to him even as a joke, and when he is with his friends he calls me a “bitch”.

Anyway, I don’t even want to argue anymore because every time he copies me I tell him that he has identity issues and to stop it. He says no, this is how he works and that we are just different so he can’t understand.

What do I do? I’m about to stab him. I mean I’m kidding, but I want to squeeze his juice out. I wouldn’t do it, but it’s in my head most of the times.
