Do any fellow jellies have a difficult time around the holidays with missing family members or loved ones?

For some reason, I am having a difficult time this year missing my sister and my parents. We all live far away from each other. My sister has her own family, so I rarely get to see her. My parents have been married for 45 years and are semi retired. My boys and I are living in a new town and its difficult for me to meet people. I am a little shy and reserved. How do you cope with the holiday blues? Don’t misunderstand me, I love the holidays and all the magic that comes with it.
