WYSIWYG maker for making expandable blocks (show/ hide toggle blocks)?

I am not a coder, I am just a regular computer user and I am looking for a WYSIWYG builder to make expandabler scripts. Do you know any?

You can see on the web such beautiful and feature rich form builders, whereas there seems none to exist for making expandable scripts, save for a few built into web suite builders. I’ve tried googling with following phrases: expandable/ collapsible builder/ show/ hide toggle builder/ FAQ list builder.
