Why do guys always harass me?

Okay, so I’m 15 and I’ve moved schools twice, but it seems like at every school guys always make gross comments about me. I don’t show a lot of skin, at all. It’s winter so I’m always wearing a jacket and jeans. I still will always get comments even during PE when I’m wearing sweats. I don’t understand, and I hate it.
