What can I do to turn my life around? Did you start your life after 30?

I’m turning 30 soon and I realized that my 20s weren’t as good as they could have been due to lack of planning, family responsibility, wasted time and a few poor career choices (I was paid well enough but it wasn’t something I wanted to do with my life). What scares me the most is a large part of me just doesn’t care. I feel zero emotion or motivation but I know that if I don’t do anything now, I’ll soon be 35 years old in the same place.
