Can two very loud barking dogs in a house with tile harm your health?

I usually sound irritable and depressed. I was thinking about it today and I am convinced that having two bichons, who I love and will not give up or abuse, are in some way harming my health status. They are extremely loud and bark anytime a person, squirrel, cat, or dog walk by the house. They start at a window, then run to the front glass door, then on to another window. When they go to bed at six pm I feel so relieved and calm and they look so adorable in their bed next to each other, snoring. Maybe if I were fifteen they wouldn’t have this affect on me. I know they caused my ears to ring 24/7 but are they affecting something more concerning? The tile floors make their barks a lot louder than if we had carpet.
