Part of the guidelines of Fluther said: ”Be respectful; you can disagree without being disagreeable”, what happened to the enforcement of that?

The times I have been here, and such a joy it has, I have read many threads, and seen many brawls. Sometimes they get squelched and a lot doesn’t, at least from what I have seen. It may just be me, but it seems as if this point in the guidelines doesn’t get enforced that stringently. Mods too busy or something, what do you think is the reason, unless you have been openly insulted it may not make any sense to you?
