How warm or hot does the weather need to be before wearing Daisy Duke or booty shorts is comfortable and not too cool?

Recently spring has finally decided to show up, the temps are getting to where they should be; low to mid 90s. I am seeing the resurgence of the Daisy Dukes and booty shorts, though a few unveiled them once the temps hit the low 80s. What is the temperature that is optimum for wearing booty shorts and Daisy Dukes comfortably between the times of 9am to 9pm?
