[NSFW!] To continue to have intimate relations would you sacrifice someone else’s life?

If somehow, someway some principality, government, etc. were able to force you to forsake sex the rest of your life or someone would have to die if you did not, would you choose to keep your sexual opportunities at the expense of another’s life? Whose death would be worth your sexual pleasure? What would they have to be or not be, or have done, or not for you to think that your sexual pleasure trumps them living?
