Went to KFC. I ordered mashed potatoes, cole slaw and corn on the cob. That’s all I ordered. It was “for here,” not “to go.”
Rick got a 2 piece chicken dinner.
Food was ready. Rick’s food was all on a plate.
Mine were all in to-go cups and the corn on the cob was wrapped in a piece of foil. All sitting on the tray next to Rick’s plate of food. I had to ask for a plate. AND a fork.
I wondered why that was. Just because I didn’t order any chicken I didn’t earn the right to have a plate or a fork?
