What kind of stuff do they do at KFC for work?

I just got hired for KFC, it’ll be my first job, starting this Monday. I’m not too sure how it’s gonna work and i want to be prepared. I hear they all work together… but when someone orders something, how do you know someone else isn’t gonna already be getting that customer something? My friend just recently joined the team, first day she never knew what to do, just stood there… how do we know what we’re supoosed to be doing and be helpful?
