What's up with the lack of questions lately, is it due to the lack of interest, or the Mods being too strict with their perfect question agenda?

I have had questions pulled for spelling, I can understand that.
I have had them pulled for punctuation, I can understand that as well.
Had them pulled for a run on sentence, that got me a bit choked, but oh well.
I have had them pulled because they thought they were to confusing, and they had a hard time understanding them, even after several people had answered them.
That one gets me really going.
Why send them back like school work, just correct them and throw them back out there, if they are so concerned about perfection?
It might get more people participating.
