If my car headlight is out, will an auto parts store salesperson put the bulb in for me, if I buy it there?

I was in a very minor fender bender the other day. My car did not appear to be damaged but last night, I realized that my headlight is out. I am guessing that this is a direct result of the fender bender. I can go to the car dealer and have it looked at, but I am thinking it will be cheaper and quicker to go to an auto parts store and buy a bulb.

Is it standard practice for the staff in the store to do something like this?

I ask because once I bought wiper blades in an auto parts store and the guy came out and put the on my car. This was part of their service. It was unexpected but very appreciated.
